Veracruz Trips

Plan your flight to arrive at approximately 5:00pm at the Villahermosa airport. Mexicana and Aero Mexico airlines both have flights into Villahermosa. Have your travel agent check for the flight that arrives near 5:00pm or before.

The River of Ruins Trip returns to the Villahermosa Airport at 7:00am on day ten of the itinerary. Plan your flight to depart Villahermosa on an early morning flight to Mexico City or other connecting cities for flights home.

Other options are available through Cancun or Merida via the regional airlines Aero Caribe or Aero Mexico. These are usually small hopper flights and stops several times before arriving in Veracruz or Villahermosa around 2:30pm. This route may also require an overnight in Merida or Cancun and of course arrival and departure times are subject to change. These flights sometimes offer savings if you are up for the adventure.

Arrivals, departure times and flight numbers do change every so often and we will greet the evening flight on the day you arrive. We do have a back up plan for missed flight and late arrivals, however, it is your responsibility to meet where and time the trip originates. The missed flight plan should not be used as an optional means to meet the trip. You will receive missed flight information after we receive your flight information.
